Purpose
1.1 To
receive and hear community feedback on the Draft Council Plan and Budget
(Year 4).
1.2 To
inform Councillors of the feedback received to date (up to and including 9th
May) on the Council Plan and Budget (Year 4), as context for the Hearing of
Feedback from community members.

The following question was taken on notice in
relation to this item:
Councillor Crawford: Following
on from Jillian Redner’s submission regarding the proposed increase in
rates for vacant shops. Under our policy for vacant or inactivated land, for
landlords who can show they are genuinely trying to get tenants, is
consideration able to be given?
Peter Liu, Chief Financial Officer took the
question on notice.
